Q: How up to date is the report?

A: Our reports can be bought at any time of the year because they are always up to date with the latest relevant information, be that news, financial releases, updates to surveys, or new market issues explored. You can feel confident that the information in your report is the latest available. The website shows the currency of the report. For those considering a continually updated service, please get in touch.


Q: What will I get?

A: You will receive an email of the report, in presentation format, saved as pdf file. Please be aware that some of these reports are 2.5 megabytes large.


Q: How accurate is your information?

A: Our reports contain information in the public domain (eg annual reports) but for the most part contain information that derive from Research Ratings' research estimates and analysis. We make every effort to ensure validity, but make no warranty for its accuracy. The information should be treated as such, with all the caveats of using estimated information. Please refer to our terms and conditions.


Q: Do I get any analyst time or service with my report?

A: For points of clarification, by all means call/email us. For analyst support, advisory services and consulting , we charge for our professional time.


Q: Can I share my report with my clients?

A: The report, as a single user licence or company licence is for use within your company only. For more detail, please read the terms and conditions of purchase. The terms and conditions for an advisory contract supercede the terms and conditions on this website for those advisory customers. However, they are not contradictory.


Q: Can I share my report with my consultants/advisors?

A: The report, as a single user licence or company licence is for use within your company only. You may not transmit any of it to external advisors. For more detail, please read the terms and conditions of purchase.


Q: Can I share the report with my team?

A: It depends on your license. A single user licence means that only one person can access and use the presentation. Any other user is therefore infringing copyright law. If you have purchased a company license, then anyone in your company, in the same country as you, can use it. For more detail, please read the terms and conditions of purchase.


Q: Do you accept payments in other currencies?

A: We accept payments only in UK Pounds. We used to accept other currencies but found that we were constantly changing the prices of our non-UK denominated currencies to reflect fluctuating exchange rates. Many firms mitigate this risk by building in a substantial exchange rate margin. We think you should only have to pay at the prevailing exchange rate.


Q: What if I don’t want the report after I’ve bought it?

A: We make every effort to furnish you with enough information so that you know what you’re buying . If the website doesn’t answer a specific question, please call us, and we’ll do our best to help. Once you’ve bought it, refunds may be given at the discretion of the management. Your statutory rights are not affected. For more detail, please read the billing and refund policy.
